想要做仰臥起坐保持身材 可是總是碰到各種不同的麻煩 像是第一天做了幾百個 第二天想繼續 不過卻因前一天過度疲勞 使得今日全身痠痛 尤其是腹部部分特別酸痛 雖腹部已有強韌的腹肌 但卻還是無法達到完美標準身材 以前做仰臥起坐也是為了減肥.瘦身 因本身是一個較有運動細胞的�
